  We start by clearly defining the problem or opportunity that the proposed solution aims to address. This involves understanding your business context and needs.

 We design a solution that addresses the identified problem or opportunity. This could involve creating a new technology solution, adapting an existing solution, or integrating multiple solutions. 

 We develop a simplified version of the solution that demonstrates its key features and functionality. This is not a full-fledged, market-ready product, but a working model that showcases how the solution would work. 

  We test the PoC in a controlled environment to validate its functionality, performance, and feasibility. We gather and analyze data to evaluate whether the solution meets the predefined objectives. 

 We present and demonstrate the PoC to your team, explaining how it works and how it addresses the identified problem or opportunity. We also share the results from our testing and validation phase. 

 We take feedback from you and other stakeholders, and iterate on the PoC based on this feedback. The goal is to improve the solution and better align it with your needs 

 If the PoC is successful, we outline a roadmap for developing the full solution, including key milestones, resources required,and an  estimated timeline
